โชคดีที่คุณคีธหาใบรับประกันของเครื่องผมได้และสแกนส่งเมล์ไปให้บริษัทฯ บริษัทตอบกลับมาว่าขอให้ส่งค่าธรรมเนียมการซ่อมไปอีก 25 ดอลลาร์โดยผ่านบัญชี Universal Alliance ซึ่งคุณคีธได้ออกเงินไปก่อนและแจ้งให้ผมทราบค่าใช่จ่ายต่างๆ
Fortunately, Keith helped me to send the scanned copy of warranty to the factory. The company received it and later replied Keith and asked him to send $25.00 USD processing fee through Universal Alliance account. Thanks Keith, he did.

Thank you so much for the scanned copy of warranty. Lifetime warranty
has been approved, and our repair team has been notified to repair the
unit under warranty. However, the $25.00 USD processing fee still
applies due to the fact that the unit was purchased over two years ago.
Please let me know if you will accept the $25.00 charge and how this
will be paid. Will we be billing the Universal Alliance account?
